Job Responsibilities

Manage scheduling and coordination of departmental meetings, Maintain accurate records of building permits and inspections, Assist in preparing reports and documentation for various projects, Facilitate communication between departments and stakeholders, Provide administrative support to the building department staff, Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in all administrative tasks, Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to information.

Preferred Qualifications
