Massachusetts State Certification (Plans Examiner or equivalent), ICC Plans Examiner Certifications (Building preferred), Proven experience in municipal or third-party plan review, Thorough knowledge of Massachusetts amendments, Excellent written communication skills, MA Licensed Engineer or Architect, Multi-discipline ICC certifications (preferred), Experience with commercial, mixed-use, or specialized occupancies (preferred), Familiarity with electronic plan review platforms (preferred).
